FAIR BOOTH
Using fairs as an agent for advertising and marketing is gaining
importance day by day today since the fairs give many opportunities to
the attendants and visitors that the distance communication cannot
provide. Fairs are the trade promoting centers that put the product on
display, make the purchaser and the supplier meet directly and
exhibiting the goods at the most rate of range. These centers, beside
the goods, provide information about the latest point of the technology
the sector has reached out, the situation and the prices of the rival
companies and the other commercial information we cannot find
anywhere else. During the fair, your customers, your rival companies
and purchasers will visit your company. Thus, the fair booth you use
during the fair has to have best the quality to represent you in the best

and it is highly important to decide which type of fair booth is used.
TYPES OF FAIR BOOTHS
1- Modular Fair Booths
Modular System Booths is a term used for the booths made by aluminum portions that can be easily constructed and dismantled and can be used for more
than one time. The main materials used in Modular booths are aluminum and MDF / Melamine Coated Chipboard. The mostly used system ranges are:
a) Max System:
Among the other modular system booths, it is the most different and chic one. The aluminum profiles used in this system are more expensive and more eyeful in
comparison to the other profiles. Besides, the convenient of these booths for the use of glass, plexy and special wood modules is the most important feature of
this booth differing it from the others.
b) Octanorm (Aluset)
This system totally made by aluminum and chipboard is the most widely used one. That system of which the design quality is comparably weak is the system
that used in the fairs as Standard Booth (Package). They are the lowest cost booths and in proportion to its cost, its renting price is lower as well.
2 - Wood Fair Booths
It is the name of the booths totally made by Chipboard / Melamine Coated Chipboard/MDF. They are custom designed for a single use. But in case of the
necessity of the same booth for the use of more than one time, the booth can be dismantled by elaborated effort and can be constructed in another fair
location. There are two ranges of:
a) Booths made by Melamine Coated Chipboard
It is easier to construct these sorts of booths which do not require paint in comparison to the others made by chipboard + paint. The biggest disadvantage of
this system is the visible stains of the merging points at the montaged charts of the chipboards. As for the biggest advantage of this system is the convenient of
the booth walls for cleaning.
b) Booths made by Chipboard + Paint
The biggest advantage of this system booths made by painting after plastering of the raw wood is the invisibility of the stains of the merging points of the
chipboards. As for the biggest disadvantage of this system, it is that the construction period is longer. These are the mostly preferred booths since they look
more chic in comparison to melamine coated chipboard booths.
